Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting ArtForThoughts Designs. Every order is packaged with care, and all items are created by hand in my home studio. 

Original Designs- All original merchandise is typically made and ready to ship within 3-7 business days. Before your order ships, you'll receive an email with a photo of your completed order. Once your package has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, you'll receive a second email containing your tracking information. 

Custom Designs- Custom orders require additional time, as each piece is designed specifically for you. From the initial concept to shipment, most custom orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Before production begins, you'll receive a digital mockup for approval to ensure every detail is exactly how you envisioned it. Once your order has been completed, I'll send you photos of the finished piece before it is carefully packaged and shipped. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your package has been dropped off with the carrier. 

Please note the shipping estimates shown at checkout begin after production has been completed and your package has been dropped off at the carrier. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed by the artist once the package has been accepted. 

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order .If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for any  additional shipping required to resend the order. 

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed after shipment, please reach out. While I cannot control the carrier once a package has been shipped, I'll gladly help you locate your order and work with the carrier whenever possible.
